Alli & Parker’s wedding was start to finish a fantastic day full of love and sweetness and fun! Though the weather called for probable rain things held out through their first look and portraits and sure enough they were able to do their ceremony outside under a beautiful giant willow tree at The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, where they had planned it. Guests enjoyed cocktails and around the waterlilly ponds before entering the beautiful glass-enclosed Palm House reception space decked out in flowers arranged by the brilliant Sachi Rose. Speaking of Sachi, check out these lovely bouquets! I was also thrilled to see the wonderful Colleen Crumbcake arrive to DJ, she always knocks it out of the park and this wedding was no exception– this bunch did not waste any time getting their groove on, and I had a blast capturing the party! Highlights included a hilarious toast during which the groom’s mother strongly encouraged the use of masks and gloves for use on the honeymoon (to prevent ebola infection of course) after which Alli & Parker donned the protective gear for a ‘kiss’ and Parker and his mom wore them for their mother-son dance! A fabulous time was had by all– congrats to Alli & Parker!
