Bow Bridge proposal in Central Park

James contacted me looking for a proposal photographer as he was planning to ask his girlfriend to marry him and he knew it would be so special to have the moment captured. I met him in Central Park and we coordinated a plan for me to wait for him and Sarah, his intended, to walk up onto the beautiful and iconic Bow Bridge, where he would propose, on a friday morning, when there wouldn’t be too many people around. I arrived to find the glorious changing leaves and a nice empty bridge… what a lovely fall morning to get engaged! Sarah was, needless to say, happily surprised, and they let me take some portraits of them around the park before they made their way to a special breakfast reservation James had made to celebrate the occasion.
