Baby Kate at 1 year: home session in Brooklyn!

Jean and David have one amazingly cute little girl on their hands here. She’s got more energy than you can imagine, too… a total squirmy-girl, always getting into the next interesting thing. Dressed up for her pictures with me she looked super sweet out in the backyard of the brownstone where this family lives– lots of grass and flowers to investigate. Inside we did some ‘day in the life’ style stuff, letting her do some of her normal activities (reading a book, playing with her toys, rough-housing with Daddy, dancing to her favorite songs, bouncing up and down in her crib, and I think my favorite part of the session had to be when she started digging through the laundry basket to find the dryer ball. For a one year old little Kate has a ton of personality and crazy amounts of energy–I can’t wait to see what she’s like at age 2!
