Ethan & Chen: Engagement Portraits in Central Park & Long Island City

Ethan & Chen are getting married next June at Red Maple Vineyard, a beautiful venue nestled in New York’s Hudson Valley. I was excited to hear that they wanted to do a portion of the engagement portraits in Long Island City– Gantry State Park is probably one of my favorite spots in the whole city… Central Park is another great spot for portraits, so my only worry was getting between the two quickly so as to maximize our session time. After making our way to Bethesda Terrace (Chen especially wanted to capture this area) we hopped in an Uber and rode over the bridge to catch this couple at the water’s edge park in the end of the day’s light. I had a great time shooting with Ethan & Chen and I can’t wait for the wedding!
