Michelle & Dan: Engagement Portraits in Washington Square Park (& Shake Shack!)

Michelle & Dan are getting married in late May up at the Lyndhurst Mansion in Westchester. After shooting their engagement session I couldn’t be more excited for the wedding– these two are just couldn’t be cuter together and we had a great time romping through Michelle’s NYU ‘hood in and around Washington Square Park. We couldn’t have picked a better day to shoot in this park, it was last weekend when spring had suddenly descened on New York CIty and the flowers, birds, and people were all out to celebrate (and we must have passed about a dozen street musicians/ensembles in the park alone!) Toward the end of the shoot we hopped in a taxi up to Madison Square Park so we could get shots of the couple at the site of their first date– the famous Shake Shack (a first date, by the way, that comes highly recommended by Dan, and you can see why!) Here are a bunch of my favorite shots we got!
