A while back I posted an author portraits shoot I did for my friend, the writer Teddy Wayne… well his first novel Kapitoil just came out and it has been receiving serious critical acclaim and media attention… I’m so thrilled for him and I just finished reading it myself the other night (I stayed up late reading a book on the couch, something I don’t do enough!) and I highly recommend it! I took some pictures of him at his very first official book-tour reading and hopped up to get in line and have him sign my book right after it was over. I asked him how many books he’d signed so far and he said it would be the 5th one, and he wrote ‘5th book signed!’ over his signature.
