Hello dear clients! Thank you for taking some time to fill out this information for me... Once I have this along with the other one (about the list of group pictures you will want me to take) I will put together and submit a timeline for the photography throughout the day so you can plan exactly when to finish your hair and makeup, put on your dress, and be ready for portraits... also you'll know when your wedding party and family members will be needed to be dressed and present for their group pics. I've split the forms up so you can submit this info now and the group s you want me to shoot later once you've spoken to your parents, etc. The third form I'll need from you is the list of vendors and their contact info. Thanks for your cooperation and time in filling them out.

Are there any other getting ready details/logistics that we need to know about? Will we be doing a "First Look" and shooting most/all of the portraits early (following prep but before ceremony) as I typically recommend?*
- Yes, We prefer to get all the portraits and group pictures done pre-ceremony so we can enjoy our cocktail hour-- let's plan to do a first look followed by portraits together, and then with our wedding party and/or family members before the ceremony!
- No, we prefer to wait and see each other for the first time at the ceremoy-- let's do all the portraits and group shots right after the ceremony during cocktail hour-- we realize it means we can't get as many portrait & group shots total and we may miss hanging out with our friends and family during this time (and we get that there won't be much if any time for you to shoot candid pictures of the guests at cocktail or reception detail shots before our guests enter the space)... but this is what we prefer!

Have you been told about any rules for the photographers in this ceremony space? (Many houses of worship have rules-- please inquire-- I always respect the rules and can usually manage to get decent shots even under the stricter conditions so do not worry, we just want to know in advance!)*

NOTE: If you do have a receiving line, please plan at least 30 minutes in your schedule for weddings with about 150 guests, and an additional 15 minutes for each additional 100 guests. If you are not planning a receiving line right after your ceremony, make sure you exit the venue or hide in a place out of site after the ceremony is over or you will inevitably end up with a receiving line. 🙂
Do you hope for 'grand exit' photos of you leaving the location with the crowd gathered to throw petals/blow bubbles/ some other thing happening at your departure? Please describe what you have planned if anything special is intended here...*
Presuming we did most or all other formal photos pre-ceremony, do you want a few 'just married' portraits following ceremony? Or Sunset-time portraits outside if timing allows? Select "No" if you definitely want to have all portrait photos done pre-ceremony.
- Yes, please, if that can work out.
- No, we want to be present for our whole party.
- We're open to sunset or night portraits if time allows, but not a must or anything, we will go with the flow of the party and decide if and when you should ask us if we want to step outside for a few more portraits...

Have you checked with the venue about whether there's room for a photobooth? It will require 10x12 feet of floorspace up against a wall for the area of the booth itself (and you don't want to have a table of people eating right up against that area without leaving room for people to pull out their chairs and waiters to walk comfortably around the table without knocking into the tripod or stumbling into pictures... the venue will need to provide a little table of some kind for the instructions and any props you may want to provide for your guests too.*
- Ok, nevermind, I think it'd be too cramped in the reception space and there's not an adjacent space or room where it would make sense to put it either.
- We're looking into it and will get back to you!
- Yes, full steam ahead, invoice us for the photobooth, we understand it's a $750 add-on item!
Do you know where we should plan to set up the photobooth?*
- In a corner / against the wall in the reception space. We're already planning space for it with our venue!
- It probably won't fit in the reception room, but we've got a space in mind for it in an adjacent space and will make sure it's announced somehow to guests that it's there so they know they can go use it!
- We'll be looking into it and will make sure there's room set aside in the floorplan of the reception space!

Wedding Day Details / Decor to look out for*
As you've planned your wedding you've made myriad choices about sweet little touches of decor and detail that speak to your style and will make your day special for you and your guests. I will do my best to capture anything I see along these lines but it helps to know what to look for if there are small things I might miss. Do please tell me what details to keep an eye out for and of course if there's anything super-special to you that you would hate for me to miss please advise me on that now! Please keep in mind that especially for reception details I will need to be inside the reception room *before the guests are* to capture these details cleanly and beautifully without jackets/purses etc on the tables, so should we be doing all your portraits and groups during cocktail hour my ability to shoot all these details as I normally would will be much more limited by time if not impossible...but know I will always do my best!

Anything specific you want to make sure I don't miss or that have extra significance to you? Example: a family member that is terminally ill that you want to make sure to get a good photo of, etc. You do not need to list typical shots such as "the rings" that I'll be getting anyways, trust me!
